heyy 04, im BACK to settle some unanswered FAQ.

1)WTH? Why do we have to keep giving class fund so often?

A: Believe it or not, the notes are freaking so ex and we are always running out of CF. maybe the money went missing or was "kept away, or embezzled by me or other ppl? (WTF)

2)Does the cake really costs $150?

A: Firstly, the cake bought during the SRR was paid by Ms Aisha. then the second cake was paid by Lin Rui during the June hols. well, im not sure about the first cake price, but second cake is approx $76(to be confirmed with Lin Rui.) all the prices are to be confirmed soon.

3)Why is the CF running out so fast?

A: well, you can take a look at the expenditures and income below to compare. for last semester expenditures, i was abit slack and didnt record down. ><>

okay, see arh. something to note: i will post all the expenditures of the CF by the end of each month. but for now, i will just post the current expenditures and income now.

Expenditures:
History Notes(Unknown Date): $5.40
D&T Design Journal and WS(3/7/08): $41.60[Z0MG]
English Compre WS(3/7/08): $4.00
BluTack and The MIGHTY(jkjk) Notebook: $.2.30
Debt owed to PrintingLady(from last sem): $3.90
The three files(IT, History, D&T): $36 x 3= $108 --->4/7/08, 9/7/08
History Notes(8/7/08): $23.60
History WS(8/7/08): $6.00
Science Notes(Solutions for Physics WS): $5.20
Coloured paper for Decoration: $2.60
GRAND TOTAL: $202.60

Income:
Collection of CF(1/7 to 10/7): $5 x 40 = $200

GRAND TOTAL: $200

Difference: -$2.60

except for the 20cent i havent paid to Centre Midfield for the Science Solutions, the CF now owes me $2.40. currently the CF now owes some ppl money, including me.

after hours of tracking down previous records, we found out that there was $63.75 missing from the CF. but i realised that we collected $5.00 from everyone before the hols for the Malay book one rite? so aft minus the malay books, there is now $138.95 MISSING.

well. personally i think theres no solution to this prob. i mean, how can we recover the 138.95 missing? it must have been: embezzling of funds, or it went missing. OR KEPT AWAY by FT.
so wad i suggest now is that we will have to collect another round $5 from all of u again. ><> RMB: $5 collection starts either tmr or the day aft tmr.
